If you live in Zionsville's Urban Service District, your trash goes with Priority Waste, at $13.46 a month through March 31, 2027. Bulk items are $10 each. You call Priority 48 hours before your collection day, or it waits until next week. And the line on the town's page is plain: "Priority will not pick anything up that exceeds 50 lbs." A fridge goes only with the Freon and the doors removed. Stone, brick, concrete and tires do not go at all.

ClearPath is Mason McKinney's crew. We're 10 miles away in Brownsburg. You call or text (317) 554-9382, we look at the job, you get the number, and we carry it out.

Once a year, six items, 50 pounds each

Heavy Trash week is the town's one bulk program. In 2026 it ran June 8 to 15. Each house could set out up to six heavy items with the weekly trash, and each one had to be 50 pounds or less. Tube TVs, monitors, paint, construction debris, fencing, concrete, brick, sod, trees and stumps were excluded. Six light things, one week a year.

Brush and limbs get picked up twice a year in the same district. The fall 2026 round starts Monday, September 28. Pieces must be 6 inches across or less, and the whole pile has to fit in a pickup truck bed. No stumps, root balls, lumber, firewood or fencing. Leaves go from about late October to late November.

Hazardous waste goes to the county, twice a year

Boone County has no permanent drop-off. Tox Drop runs on two Saturdays. The next one in Zionsville is August 14, 2027, at the police department, 1075 Parkway Drive, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Before that, April 24, 2027, at the county highway garage in Lebanon. They take oil-based paint, thinner, motor oil, antifreeze, batteries and propane tanks. Latex paint has to be dried out and trashed. TVs and CRT monitors are $20 each, cash. Appliances are not accepted at all.

Over 50 pounds is our job

ClearPath is an owner-run crew from Brownsburg. Mason McKinney answers the phone himself at (317) 554-9382. He looks at the job, gives you one number for all of it, and then we carry it out. Not to the curb. Out of the house, onto the trailer and gone. Anything still usable gets dropped at a donation center first.

One customer wrote, "I've used Clear Path Junk Removal for two separate jobs and have had a great experience both times."

What we do in Zionsville

One of our job photos is a Zionsville garage cleanout. The garage is where the over-50-pound things collect: the old sectional, the treadmill, the dresser that didn't fit the new house. That's also furniture and appliance removal.

Fridges and freezers are the hard case in Zionsville. Priority wants the Freon and the doors off first, and Tox Drop doesn't take them at all. Tell us what it is when you call, and we'll tell you straight whether we can take it.

We also do property cleanouts for estates and move-outs, hot tub removal, shed demolition, and construction debris removal, since Heavy Trash week excludes it and Priority won't take brick or concrete. For a yard pile bigger than a truck bed, or one with root balls in it, see yard debris removal.

What we leave to the county

Paint, solvents, fuel and chemicals go to Tox Drop. We don't haul tires. Tox Drop takes up to eight car tires at its spring event. Anything bigger than a shed to tear down is not us.

Raked up and removed garbage bags of old mulch, removed 6 old large shrubs and trimmed a holly tree. Very professional, good work ethic, efficient and personable. Would highly recommend them for removal of household items, storage unit items, office items and clean up of yards.

We rented a trailer for 24 hours to clear out unused items taking up space in our basement, garage, attic, and barn and we couldn't have been happier. He was prompt, kind, and very responsive! All we had to do was tell him when we needed it and when we were done and he took care of the rest.

Zionsville junk removal questions

Something else? Call or text (317) 554-9382.

Priority won't take my couch. What now?

Call or text us. Anything over 50 pounds is outside what the town hauler does, and that is the middle of what we do.

Can I just wait for Heavy Trash week?

If it's six things under 50 pounds each and you can wait until June, yes. A basement or a garage is more than six things.

Do you take old fridges and freezers?

Tell us what it is and where it sits when you call, and we'll tell you straight whether we can take it.

Where does my stuff end up?

A donation center first, for anything someone else could use. The landfill for what is left.

How do I get a number?

Text a photo to (317) 554-9382 or fill out the form. Mason looks at it and tells you the number for the whole job before we start.
