Construction debris is what's left when the work is done. Drywall, studs, tile, the old vanity, the cabinets that came out of the kitchen. We've hauled a bathroom demo load out of Pittsboro. The same job comes up in every town we work. You stack it or leave it where it fell. We load it and haul it.

Who this is for

Homeowners doing their own remodel, with a pile growing in the garage. Contractors who don't want a dumpster sitting in the client's driveway for days. Landlords turning a unit. Anyone whose remodel is done except for the part where the old stuff leaves.

Not a fit: asbestos, in any form. Old floor tile, siding or pipe wrap that might be asbestos needs an abatement company, and the county drop-offs refuse it too. Wet paint, solvents and adhesives go to the county hazardous waste program. Hendricks County runs five Tox-Away Days a year for those. We don't haul tires.

Why it can't go out with the trash

None of the town programs take it. Zionsville's heavy trash week excludes construction and demolition debris, fencing, concrete and brick. Westfield's Bulk Trash Day doesn't take construction or demolition debris. Hendricks County's Tox-Away Days refuse construction material. Carmel's code says building materials can't pile up in a residential yard, and trash can't sit outside more than seven days except during construction. So it's a dumpster or a hauler. A hauler shows up, loads and leaves. No steel box on the driveway between trips.

How it goes

  1. Send photos of the pile and tell us what's in it. Call, text or use the form.
  2. We tell you the real number before we start. The quote is free.
  3. We load it from the garage, the yard or the room it came out of.
  4. Usable fixtures and cabinets go to a donation center. The rest goes to the dump.
  5. You get a text and a clear garage.

What customers said

Hayley Herron called it "Great work" at a "good price." Dr. Pabla, September 2026: "very punctual and responsive." Neither of those was a remodel. We don't have a construction review to show yet, only the job photos.

What changes the price

Weight more than anything. Drywall, tile and concrete are heavy, and the dump charges by weight. Then volume, since lumber and cabinets fill a trailer fast. Then how the pile sits: loose in a room, or stacked by the garage door where we can back up to it. Concrete, brick and block are a separate question. Tell us what's in the pile and you get one number.

If we're taking the shed down too, see shed demolition. If you'd rather load it yourself over the weekend, see trailer rental. Otherwise, call or text (317) 554-9382.

What we take

  • Drywall and plaster
  • Lumber, studs and trim
  • Tile and flooring
  • Cabinets, vanities and countertops
  • Tubs, sinks and toilets
  • Doors and windows
  • Roofing shingles
  • Packaging from new materials

We can't haul hazardous materials like chemicals, but we'll point you to who can.

I've used Clear Path Junk Removal for two separate jobs and have had a great experience both times. Great service, fair pricing, and excellent results. Mason is extremely responsive, always follows up, and consistently goes above and beyond to exceed expectations.

Raked up and removed garbage bags of old mulch, removed 6 old large shrubs and trimmed a holly tree. Very professional, good work ethic, efficient and personable. Would highly recommend them for removal of household items, storage unit items, office items and clean up of yards.

We rented a trailer for 24 hours to clear out unused items taking up space in our basement, garage, attic, and barn and we couldn't have been happier. He was prompt, kind, and very responsive! All we had to do was tell him when we needed it and when we were done and he took care of the rest.

Outstanding job, Mason & Drew came and got my whole garage in less than 2 hours and it looked fresh as new.

// FAQ

Construction Debris Removal questions

Something else? Call or text (317) 554-9382.

Do I need to bag or stack it?

Stacked by the garage door is fastest and cheapest for you. Loose in the room is fine too. Tell us which so the quote is right.

Do you take concrete and brick?

Ask with a photo and we'll tell you straight.

Can a contractor book this for a client?

Yes. Send the address, what's in the pile and when the site is clear. We'll text you when it's loaded.

What about old paint and adhesives from the job?

Those are hazardous waste and we can't haul them. Hendricks County's Tox-Away Days take paint products, and Hamilton County's center in Noblesville takes paint, stains and thinners.
