Garages are the job in two of our Google reviews and in our job photos from Brownsburg and Zionsville. It goes like this. You open the door, you point, and you go back inside. We carry it out, sort it in the trailer, and text you when it's done. Drew Higgins wrote that his garage was "the cleanest it's been in at-least 4 years."

Who this is for

Anyone whose garage stopped being for cars. Boxes from the last move that never got opened. A treadmill under a tarp. The old fridge that hums in the corner. Grills, bikes, broken tools and lumber left over from a project. If it's in the garage and it's not on the hazardous list, it goes on the trailer.

Not a fit: the paint cans, gas cans, pool chemicals and pesticides on the shelf. We can't haul those. Set them aside and take them to the county. Hendricks County's Tox-Away Days take paint, gasoline, oil and pesticides, cash or check only. Hamilton County residents have a permanent drop-off at 1717 Pleasant St. in Noblesville. Latex paint is different: dry it out and it can go in the trash. Tires we don't take either. The Hendricks County Tox-Away Day takes the first 4 car tires free.

How it goes

  1. Ask for a quote. Call, text or use the form. A photo of the garage with the door up tells us most of what we need.
  2. We tell you the real number before we start. The quote is free.
  3. You show us what stays and what goes.
  4. We carry it out and load it. Usable items go to a donation center. The rest goes to the dump.
  5. You get a text when we're done.

What customers said

Tryston Cody, June 2026: "Outstanding job, Mason & Drew came and got my whole garage in less than 2 hours and it looked fresh as new."

Drew Higgins, June 2026: "I just showed him what needed removed and 15 minutes later he texted me that he was done I didn't believe it until I went to the garage and this is the cleanest it's been in at-least 4 years he even watered my plants and gave me his business cards to give to the neighbors this young man is going places."

Two garages, two times. Yours will be its own number, but that's the shape of it.

What changes the price

How full the garage is, measured in trailer space. Then the heavy pieces: a chest freezer, a safe, a stack of concrete blocks. Then anything with its own disposal rule. TVs, monitors and computers have been banned from Indiana landfills since 2011, and appliances with refrigerant have to be handled under state and federal rules. Tell us about those up front so the number is right the first time.

If it's more than the garage, see property cleanouts. If you'd rather load it yourself over a weekend, see trailer rental. Otherwise call or text (317) 554-9382.

What we take

  • Boxes that never got unpacked
  • Old furniture stored for later
  • Broken tools and yard equipment
  • Grills and patio furniture
  • Bikes, toys and sports gear
  • Leftover lumber and building material
  • Old fridges and freezers
  • Exercise equipment

We can't haul hazardous materials like chemicals, but we'll point you to who can.

I've used Clear Path Junk Removal for two separate jobs and have had a great experience both times. Great service, fair pricing, and excellent results. Mason is extremely responsive, always follows up, and consistently goes above and beyond to exceed expectations.

Raked up and removed garbage bags of old mulch, removed 6 old large shrubs and trimmed a holly tree. Very professional, good work ethic, efficient and personable. Would highly recommend them for removal of household items, storage unit items, office items and clean up of yards.

We rented a trailer for 24 hours to clear out unused items taking up space in our basement, garage, attic, and barn and we couldn't have been happier. He was prompt, kind, and very responsive! All we had to do was tell him when we needed it and when we were done and he took care of the rest.

Garage Cleanouts questions

Something else? Call or text (317) 554-9382.

Do I have to be there?

Show us once at the start and you can go back inside. Drew Higgins showed Mason once, then got a text 15 minutes later that it was done. If you can't be home, send a few photos and we'll work off those.

Can you take the old fridge in the garage?

Yes. Refrigerators and freezers have refrigerant in them, which Indiana and the EPA say has to be recovered before disposal. Tell us it's there when you ask for a quote.

What about paint, gas and chemicals?

We don't haul those. Hendricks County's Tox-Away Days take them five Saturdays a year, and Hamilton County has a permanent center in Noblesville. Dried-out latex paint can go in the regular trash.

Will you donate what's still good?

Yes. Anything with life in it goes to a donation center before the rest goes to the dump. That's the reason ClearPath started.
