The size of the unit and how full it is, since that's what fills the trailer. Then the heavy pieces, like safes, appliances or shelving units. Then the distance from the unit door to where we can park the trailer, because some facilities have long indoor hallways and an elevator. And whether it's a haul-away or a move to another unit, which is a different day's work.

Raked up and removed garbage bags of old mulch, removed 6 old large shrubs and trimmed a holly tree. Very professional, good work ethic, efficient and personable. Would highly recommend them for removal of household items, storage unit items, office items and clean up of yards.
