Homeowners with a wood or metal shed past saving. The floor is soft, the roof leaks, or it came with the house and you've never used it. Also anyone clearing a corner of the yard for a new shed, a pool or a patio.
Not a fit: attached garages, additions and anything with a house wall in it. We don't do that size of demolition. Anything with asbestos siding or roofing is out too. The county Tox-Away Days don't accept asbestos, and neither do we.
Brownsburg's free limb pickup is for tree material only. The town says "no lumber, root balls or firewood." Zionsville's yearly Heavy Trash week excludes construction and demolition debris and fencing. Westfield's Bulk Trash Day doesn't take construction or demolition debris. Hendricks County's Tox-Away Days refuse construction material. A torn-down shed is lumber, roofing and siding. None of them will take it. It has to be hauled.

Size and material first. A metal kit shed comes apart faster than a built-on-site wood shed with a shingle roof. Then what's inside it, since a full shed is two jobs, the contents and the structure. Then how far it sits from where we park. A shed at the back fence with a narrow gate means every load is carried. Concrete and footings are a separate question. We look at the photos and give you one number.
